Cartographer still does not sell explorer maps

Even tho on the official minecraft site it says that the bug got patched it did not.

I was playing on my survival map and decided to try to get the woodland explorer map on this snapshot since i tought it got patched. I had a Cartographer in my house but it did not show the maps so i found a village in new chunks and found a cartographer so i traded with him, but after i traded the emeralds for the empty map he only showed the ocean explorer map. I tought i have to buy that one aswell before he unlocks the woodland one so i bought it. As you can see in the pictures below he did not offer the map even tho i bought the ocean one from him.
