Mouse sensitivity is to sensitive

My mouse sensitivity is to sensitive when playing 1.13 snapshots. I have to turn down the mouse sensitivity in the control options of the game to get it to normal.

I have found that as the 1.13 snapshots where getting released. My mouse sensitivity would fluctuate as some snapshots would make it less sensitive as others more. But over all the mouse sensitivity is to sensitive.
