Texturepack broken

Ever since the pre-releases my texturepack has been broken, this includes the blocks: grass block, vines, redstone ore, slabs/stairs/transparant blocks. also blocks like haybales and pumpkin.

 

Has there been any change in coding and naming of some specific blocks in the prereleases and if so, how can i fix the pack without having to rewrite all of this. if possible
