Water goes through glass planes instead of staying in the little boxed area

So my sister wanted to build an fish tank/aquarium using glass panes and she put water on the inner side of the glass panes, and instead of staying in the blocks inside it went through the glass panes like it shouldn't. small bug but It still shouldn't do that.
