Shulker projectile not working properly

Shulker projectile is fired and animation will be shown but there is no projectile flying to the player.

Player won't get any damage nor get the levitation effect.

Pls. check screenshots below. I took several screenshots with a short time interval.

 

I used the search but didn't find any related issue.
