Lighting bugs have significantly become more common unlike other versions

Lighting bugs around a Minecraft world have become more common unlike other versions. Here are some instances it can be commonly reproduced now:

• Seagrass underwater
• On caves

I'm not asking to completely fix the bug, but to reduce the chances it can be reproduced.
