Datapacks cannot replace vanilla crafting recipes

this is not a duplicate of MC-122644

if you want to change a recipe (ex: 4 barks crafted instead of 3) this doesn't work and will always craft the vanilla recipe unless you disable the vanilla datapack (which is not very handy if you just want to change one craft)

craft the recipe of the top-most datapack if there are conflicts
