Ender Pearl Failure in End Gateways Again

Similar to MC-131560, but this time in pre5 snapshot.  Throwing an ender pearl through a gateway does not teleport player to the outer End or back again. This seemed to be fixed in pre4 (possibly as a result of Dinnerbone resolving PythonGB's issue with End portals) but is now broken again in pre5.
