Avitar gets stuck in swimming mode when exiting water

When swimming in flowing water, exiting the water while still in swim mode causes the avatar to become permanently stuck in swim mode until reentering the water and exiting swim mode.

This glitch was easy to create unintentionally and causes a serious inability to jump blocks or move normally.
