Won't Create New World, Stuck on Loading world-Preping spawn area

I go to create a world and it gets stuck on the loading world screen. I force closed it multiple times and tried again each time the the preping spawn area % would go 5-7% higher each time i reloaded before freezing. I attempted with and without background processes running.

Not sure if they will help but included is each crash report.
