Turtle eggs can break if you jump on small blocks over it

The Bug

If you place small blocks (eg; carpets, iron trapdoors, ect.) over a turtle egg, the turtle egg breaks when jumping on the small block, as seen here.

Steps to Reproduce

• Build the setup as shown in the attachment below. setup.png
• Jump on top of the trapdoor and watch the turtle eggs below you carefully.
• Take note as to whether or not turtle eggs break when jumping on some small blocks placed above them.

Observed Behavior

Turtle eggs can break when jumping on some small blocks placed above them.

Expected Behavior

Turtle eggs would not be able to break when jumping on some small blocks placed above them.
