Bug with Blue Ice and Boats

In Minecraft 1.13 pre3, There is a glitch involving Blue Ice and Boats. If You make a platform big enough for a boat out of blue ice, then get in the boat and hold "a" or "d" for about 5 seconds, then you start spinning VERY fast. I know the properties of blue ice allow this, but i'm just mentioning this just incase this is a bug. While spinning fast, if you shift out of the boat, it appears to not be moving, while if you get back in, it is still spinning. If you put a mob inside of the boat, such as a pig, and spin the boat and get out, their heads spin but not the boat. I don't know if you meant for this to be in the game, but just letting you know about this bug.
