1.13 snapshots and pre-releases crash on load

When i try to open ANY 1.13 snapshot/pre-release i get the attached error message.

I have searched everywhere in the Internet i could, and got a few answers:

Don't have custom screen resolution (I don't), and update LWJGL, which I can't figure out how to do...

Can anyone help?
