Incorrect shadow and environment turns dark when stepping into that column

Sometimes, when you place a block(10.37.14.png), a dark shadow forms(10.37.03.png). If you step into that shadow, the sky becomes dark (10.37.07.png). But when you step out, the sky becomes blue again (10.37.10.png)
How to reproduce
1.Keep placing block in air
2.Look how the shadow suddenly forms.
