Debug stick cannot change ID of locked dispensers

So I just was locked on mp making and I wanted to add a locked dispenser.
That was easy but after that the dispenser faced to the wrong direction (thats not the problem) so I took a debug stick to change its direction by clicking it. I used left click to choose facing and anyting ran well, but as I right clicked on the dispenser, instead of changing its direction its said "Dispenser is locked!" I did anything but its still told me the same messege. I hope you will fix this.
