"Targeted Block" in F3 screen doesn't work properly inside fluids

When you are inside water or lava, the "Targeted Block" field in debug screen shows the fluid block just in front of you, rather than the block you are actually targeting. If you want to know the block you are targeting, you must have no fluid blocks between you and the block.

Also, if "Targeted Block" is not a fluid, "Targeted Fluid" is always empty.
