Wrong location! Error

Making this private because unsure of if the log has personal data in. Please let me know if its okay to make it public

Quick note, in the affected versions I put 1.5.1 because it is still happening but it has been throwing this error out for a very long time now. I couldn't give you an exact time that it started to happen off my head but I could look in the log if it is important.

So the error is as follows: "Date and time [SEVERE] Wrong location! rb ['item.tile.rail'/2261193, l='world', x= then it gives a location, y= again gives location, z= and gives location again]

And that is pretty much what my server log is filled with, the part['item.tile.rail'/2261193] the number is going up it seems every time it prints it (If I am correct in saying this) then that would mean it has printed over 2261193 times!

Any help or ways to fix this would be really appreciated.

Extra information: Some times it does vary in how much it spews it out for example some times it will go crazy and basically print every other second and some times we can have the server up for days and people active in the location it is errored and nothing.

The location that it gives are from what I understand in game co-ordinates and I went in to creative mode and went to the exact co-ordinates thinking that I would find a rail that I could just hit but I had no such luck.

The actual location it gives stays pretty much the same however I have seen it go 1 up and 1 down for example the X co-ordinate is 465 for the most part but I have seen in the log examples where it has gone to 466.
