Background music doesn't play

The bug

It appears that the background music doesn't play whatsoever, even after long periods of time.
I have the music slider set to 100%, though even after restarting the game I don't hear any music play.

EDIT: Speak of the devil, right after I created the report the music started playing. Close this issue as invalid please.
