Paintings are reset after server restart

  Simple bug. When a server is restarted while running the latest snapshot, paintings that have been placed are replaced and change according to their surroundings. This is very repeatable, and happens occasionally to previously placed paintings.

  Screenshots show what happens before and after a server restart. The glitch occurs with any  wall, whether you use transparent blocks or not.
