You cannot tab-complete a data pack name using /datapack enable unlike /datapack disable

Here is the usage of the command /datapack when using it to enable data packs:

/datapack enable <name> [first | last | before | after]

Assuming that I have data packs in my world, when I try to tab-complete the <name> integer, it won't display data pack names. However, I could still tab-complete the [first | last | before | after] integer and /datapack disable isn't affected with this bug.
