Trident when enchanted does not show enchantment sprites

What I expected to happened was...:
The Trident should "shine" when enchanted with any enchantment.

What actually happened was...:
The Trident did not "shine" as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enchant a Trident on an Enchanting Table or via the /enchant command.
2. Notice that it does not have the enchantment sprites instead.
