Recipe Book crashing in 1.13-pre2 when clicking a recipe that you don't have the materials to craft it. (also a duplication glitch)

Steps to Recreate:
1. Go into crafting table
2. open recipe book and search for a recipe you can't craft (in my case it was fences)
3. click on it.
4. go into Minecraft and if you had recently pulled anything out of a chest it will be in your inventory and check the chest and you will see stuff that you just pulled out

I was about to craft some fences for a sheep pen and had just pulled out some red dye and lapis and I thought I had sticks in my inventory and I didn't so when I clicked the fence in the recipe book it crashed. I logged back in the world and the red dye and lapis was back in the chest but also my inventory.
