wither skeletons dont take damage

wither skeletons don't take any damage in any from. i have tested with tnt and with a 60+ block fall and it didn't even turned red. i don't have any video of it but if its needed feel free to ask me to make one. i hope that you can fix this soon or know why this occurred in the first place.
