If I click on a not craftable recipe minecraft does crash

First I have unlocked a recipe. Than I have opened the recipe book in the crafting table. Now if I click on the not craftable icon of the recipe the saving screen appears and also minecraft does crash.
In the attachments you can find:

• a screenshot of the unlocked but not craftable recipe
• a screenshot of the console with the errror messages
• the crash report
