Waterlogged stained glass causes rendering glitches when moving around it

The bug

When moving around and looking from different angles a stained glass pane which is located inside a water block, it looks weird and glitches . This doesn't happen with regular glass pane.

In the included gif you can see a block from a slightly different angle.
