Shift and Mouse holding hotkey not working

I don't know if this is wanted that this no longer works but the bug is:

When you hold the shift key and hold the mousebuttons and then hover over items in a chest (or an other container/inventory) the items don't get into the other inventory (like from a chest into the inventory or reversed). In the older Versions (1.12) it still worked.
