Repeater-bottom no longer transparant [but culling]

I experience a different behavior with the culling/cullface of the bottom of the repeater. Before in 1.12.2 it appeared transparent but in 1.13 pre1 it is cullling (see attachments).

That's a pity especially if you want to use it for a custom blockmodel.
