Riders of Boat, Minecart, Pig, etc. . appear off-saddle periodically to othe rplayers

Players sailing boat then stop seems popping off and back
periodically (cca. 4 sec off, 4 sec in boat) as
shown in the figure enclosed.
The Player itself did not experience anything unusual.
The same things happen when riding pig, or minecart.
