Minecraft window reduces when another window is active

Window reduces when another window is active on Windows if Minecraft is in full screen.

Current behaviour :

Minecraft window reduces and takes time to reopen correctly.

Expected behaviour :

Minecraft window should not reduces and only set to inactive.
