freezen "Building Terrain"

Yesterday I install the minecraft 1.12.2 and during the application playing as a single player, the screen stay freezen in "Building terrain".

I have a good computer, I7, 16GH memory, NVIDIA GTX 1060 and I tried everything I saw in the internet but I cannot play.

please your help to fix it.
