Fortune enchantement disappeared

The Fortune enchantment has disappeared in a snapshot version of 1.13. The attached book (source fishing) used to have a Fortune enchantment and now it is replaced by Protection that had already duplicating the Protection enchantment with no sense.

Furthermore, there was a villager with Fortune III enchantment and now it selling Protection III.
