Saving shematics with structure blocks water logs signs

If you use structure blocks to save shematics, signs get water logged even though they shouldn't.

1. Use structure blocks to save a shematic with signs blocking water flow (it has to be adjacent to a water source block).
2. Load the shematic file.
3. Fun with water, because they just water log the signs out of nowhere.
