no understandable command block error messeges

I think it's the strangest bug I have ever seen.
It's all started when I started working on an 1.13 map. So I just wanted to make sign that teleport you to somewhere and did a mistake. So as I saw that nothing did happan I checked the command block to understand what hppaned and I see this error messege-

What was my mistake, I can not understand, can you fix this?
