Changes between 18w16a and 18w19a

Since the snapshot 18w19a i am not abble to play minecraft. The launcher crash after open the minecraft game without any crash report. I tryied all but nothing. I can play all minecraft snapshots and releases till 18w16a. Can you tell me please wath changes? Thankyou.
