Biomes incorrectly named in worlds converted to new format

The biome names in previously loaded chunks in worlds converted from 1.12.2 (and possibly earlier versions) to 18w21b are showing up with their technical names such as minecraft:deep_ocean and minecraft:forest_hills rather than the plain English biome names.
