That's way too many dolphins

Dolphins seem to spawn endlessly when they're outside of the 128 block spawn range.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Locate a biome that allows dolphins to spawn
2. Go at least 128 blocks upwards
3. Watch as the entity count rises without end
4. Return and observe thousands of dolphins
