Broken NBT tags in 18w21a

I used this command
/give @p diamond_pickaxe{ench:[

{id:32,lvl:7}

,

{id:34,lvl:8}

,

{id:35,lvl:6}

]}
to give me an enchanted pickaxe. But the given pickaxe is not glowing, doesnt have anything when I hover the mouse on it but still have "NBT: n tag(s)"
