Light and snow in cavern or other places where its not supposed to be

I'm playing in a cold taiga with the differentes snapshots. Since the 18w20a, I have some problems with the light in caverns, in the mob tower and other places where the light indicator should be around 0. I have also discovered some snow in the same places.
