If you use the Command "/kill" you get two instead of one death message

If I use the command "/kill" I expect to get one death Message "killed [Username]"

But in the snapshot 18w20c I get two instead of one. I get "[Username] fell out of the world" AND "killed [Username]". That's probably wrong.

tested in a new, custom generated world
