Marker Armor stands disappear if you look up

I summoned 2 armor stands. One has Marker, One doesn't. I looked up, and the Marker armor stand disappeared. Everything is in the same chunk.
Not sure if this is only in the snapshots.

Note: the right one has Marker. The other doesn't
