Minecraft very slow & laggy

I've a problem with the performance of Minecraft.

This is my PC:
Windows 8
Java 7 Update 17
FX-8150
GTX 560 Ti
8 GB RAM

But I arn't able to play Minecraft with Shader. I just have ~ 20 FPS. But I can play BF3 with the best Settings at ~ 80 FPS!

I cant understand this.
