Pushing against a waterlogged block while in a waterlogged block causes the player to climb

Pushing up against a waterlogged block while in a waterlogged block (potentially the same block in the case of trapdoors) will cause the player to rise in a way similar to climbing a ladder. This may be due to the mechanic that gives the player a vertical boost when they try to exit the water. This may also be the overarching reason that MC-127102 occurs.
