Cannot Load World - Bound Must Be Positive

Creating a new world or trying to load it with the seed that comes from "snapshot-18w20a" causes the world to crash.  I have attached the entire launcher details, including the stack trace.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a new world

2) Add a custom seed of snapshot-18w20a

3) Create New World
