Frozen mobs, unable to craft, freezes completly when trying to exit.

Game loads and I can move around just fine. When I try to craft anything it won't work. Can't open chests or anything either. Mobs are frozen and don't despawn when setting game to peaceful. When I go to exit the game it freezes and won't close. Happens every time I try to play.
