Minecraft crashing at startup on snapshot 18w19b

When I click play, it opens and shows me the MOJANG logo or 3-4 seconds then it says MinecraftLauncher.exe has stop working. Sometimes when it crashes the launcher don't close, just says me something like CRASH. An unexpected error has occured....
