Minecraft won't start

every time I try to play minecraft 18w19b it just shows up the mojang title then it just closes + it crashes the launcher, PLEASE fix this because I love playing snapshots of 1.13 version, It's the best version

(I couldn't find the crash report.txt in the crash reports folder, sorry)
