Breaking bedrock (and other blocks) with grass/ferns and bonemeal

Using bonemeal on grass or ferns when placed under bedrock will cause it to grow to a doubletall block and remove the bedrock the upper-half of the block occupies.

Can be used to escape to the roof of the nether/destroy other blocks.
