NBT items dissapear in hand

I was testing another bug which I will talk about in another one of these and I was using an NBT dispenser. when I held it in my hand it didn't appear. I tested this with a chest and the same thing happens. In f5 mode it is there but in first person it won't show anything in your hand and wont show your hand. You can test this for yourself.

I just found out someone already said this. I guess I am just reinforcing the idea. P.S. I dont know how to delete this.
