Zombies no longer float in water elevator

Zombies and zombie villagers no longer float/swim in mob water elevators
So it is no longer possible to create a good zombie spawner farm

I suggest that if there is only 1 height water source or floating water that they will swim
And if the water is 2 blocks height they stop swimming for converting to drowned
(and maybe also for the drowned mobs?)

Then we still can make water elevators for hostile mobs
