The sound for Parrots imitating Phantoms is empty

The bug

Depsite MC-127166 being 'fixed', the sound of a Parrot imitating a Phantom is missing. The launcher even confirms its missing.

How to reproduce

1. Notice the launcher says the sound is missing.
2. Place a Parrot next to a Phantom.
3. Notice its not imitating it.
